Catellani & Smith Syphasfera

The Catellani & Smith Syphasfera is an outdoor floor lamp. This lamp is offered as a complete lamp with all necessary accessories or in sets of three, four, five or nine complete lamps. The single lamp is available with a height of 60 cm, 75 cm, 105 cm or 135 cm (height indication without ground spike). The Syphasfera lamps in the sets can be connected to each other with the Quick Connectors System by Catellani & Smith and can be mounted on a single power supply. All sets include all necessary connectors and all necessary accessories. This includes for example a driver for the operation of the lamps.

The Syphasfera outdoor floor lamps have a spherical glass with a diameter of 8 cm. The glass is offered in clear or irregular structured. With the clear glass the light is emitted evenly in all directions. With the irregular glass, light reflections are created on the glass when switched on. The Catellani and Smith lamps can be fixed with their ground spike up to 25 cm into the ground. With the protection class IP44, the Syphasfera lamps are protected against splash water from all sides and solid foreign bodies with a diameter of 1 mm or more. Their light rod is dust-tight with the protection class IP65 and protected against strong jets of water from any angle. Driver and extension cable are protected against temporary submersion with the IP67 degree of protection.
