The Louis Poulsen PH Artichoke Cone 60cm was designed by Poul Henningsen in 1958 for the restaurant Langelinie Pavillonen in Copenhagen. It still hangs there. This version is the larger one of two pendant lamps.
The PH Artichoke Cone radiates a completely dazzle-free light. It consists of 72 angles leaves spread over 12 single rows. These leaves illuminate the lamp itself while they radiate an overall symmetrical diffuse light. This lamp provides for a decorative as well as a comfortable light.
Louis Poulsen offers the PH Artichoke Cone out of laser-cut stainless steel matt or polished, stamped copper or white stamped steel. The supply line is 4 m in length but is can be shortened, according to any needs.
