The Lightyears Orient Black is a revised version of the traditional Orient. In contrast to this it has not a light body made of copper, but of matt black aluminum. The holder of this pendant light consists of grained rosewood.

As with the 1963 originally created light, a smaller version P1 with a diameter of 22.5 cm and a larger version of P2 with a diameter of 34 cm is offered. In addition, also a larger variation, the P3, which even has a diameter of 50 cm, is available. The two smaller models have as standard a cable length of 300 cm, the largest P3 has a 600 cm long cable.
