Oluce Denq 229 Table light

The Oluce Denq creates a uniform, glare-free room light. The table light has a lampshade made of hand-blown, etched opal glass. The base of the lamp is made of lacquered metal, which is cut out with a laser. A dimmer for regulating the brightness is integrated on the cable. The height of the table light is 43 cm, the diameter is 30 cm. A high-voltage halogen lamp with a maximum output of 120 watts serves as a light source. Toshiyuki Kita designed the table lamp in the year 2011. The Japanese designer who was also a friend of Vico Magistretti, who also worked for Oluce, was known for the design of the Cassina wing chair and the Viking wardrobe for Magis. He is one of three non-Italian designers who won the International Compasso d'Oro Career Award.
