Foscarini Maki pendant light
The Foscarini Maki is a pendant lamp created by the designer Nendo 2011 for the Italian lighting manufacturer. It is made of lacquered aluminum and has a rolled shape. The pendant lamp is available in the both surfaces white and grey. The light output is directed primarily directly downwards. But small parts of the light also emit from the sides of the pendant through the wound materials, so that they outline the contours of the light. A double, luminous light effect is created. The glare is filtered through the edges of the rollers. The cable has a maximum length of 170 cm and is height adjustable. On request, also a cable with 5 meters length is offered. An LED retrofit reflector lamp with a maximum of 8 watts of power is used as a light source. The pendant lamp has a diameter of 9 cm and a height of 30 cm. Various multi-canopies are available as accessories, with which the Maki can be hung up in groups.
