Foscarini Doll table lamp in different colours
The Foscarini Doll Tavolo is a table lamp with a round lampshade made of glass as well as a base made of coloured polycarbonate and ABS plastic. The lamp base is available in red, grey, green and white. The white colour is called by the manufacturer himnself as ivory. The lampshade itself is always produced from blown opal glass for every colour variant. The base consists of two cups, a black cup made of polycarbonate, from which only the upper edge under the shade is visible, and a colorful cup made of ABS. A switch is integrated on the transparent cable, which has a length of 170 cm. The shape was inspired by the Kokeshi dolls, traditional Japanese dolls with a round head and a cylindrical body. This design also features the table lamp which was created by the designer Ionna Vautrin in the year 2012.
