Domus Tintin

The Tintin lamp series by Domus Licht consists of several table lamps with a lamp base made of real wood. The Tintin is a table lamp by Tina Bunyaprasit & Werner Aisslinger for Domus Licht as part of the "Designers Collection by Domus Licht". Two simple lines become one lamp through the rotationally symmetrical shapes of the wooden base and shade. "In the digital age, simple geometric shapes are experiencing a revival - the more complex everyday life becomes, the greater the longing for clear shapes and proportions. The Domus Tintin plays with analogies to archetypal objects such as chess pieces or historical columns", Werner Aisslinger explains the concept. The Tintin 76 by the German manufacturer Domus is available in two finishes, white oak or black oak. For the lampshades, you can choose between the trendy corduroy in the colours cream and rosewood or the plain smoke-coloured lampshade. This table lamp has an E27 socket and can be operated with all standard lamps (halogen, energy-saving lamps or LED). The cylindrical lampshade is 46 cm high and has a diameter of 25 cm. The total height of the Tintin table lamp by Domus is 76 cm. A textile-covered cable functions as the supply line, silver-grey for the surface in white oak, and anthracite for the surface in black oak. A hand dimmer on the supply line of the lamp regulates its brightness.
