The Bover Mediterrania PF/105 Outdoor ceiling lamp has a curved lamp shade made of a hand-woven, synthetic polyethylene fibre. The synthetic polyethylene fibre is so resistant and weatherproof that this lamp is also suitable as an outdoor lamp. With a protection rating of IP66, this lamp is dustproof and protected against strong jets of water. The light is emitted glare-free downwards and sideways through a diffuser made of polycarbonate. Due to the structure of the hand-woven lamp shade, also a light and shadow pattern is created on the ceiling.
In the Mediterrania PF/105 Outdoor, both the lamp shade and the ceiling mounting are in brown. The lamp shade has a diameter of 105 cm. In total, the outdoor lamp is 26.5 cm high. This lamp is operated with an integrated LED that has a colour temperature of 2,700 Kelvin extra warm white. The LED can be dimmed on site with a trailing edge phase dimmer. Lamps that are DALI or 1-10 volt dimmable are also available on request. The Mediterrania lamp by Bover is an ode to the Mediterranean light, the breeze and the scent of the Mediterranean sea.
